Privacy Policy

Guavaberry Lead Distribution ("we", "us") operates a lead distribution platform that collects enquiries submitted through advertising and website forms and routes them to the paying client businesses best placed to respond. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and who it's shared with.

1. Who this policy covers

People submitting an enquiry (via a Facebook/Instagram ad, a website contact form, or a Google Ads landing page) — your information is collected at the point you submit that form.

Client portal users — the staff of a client business who log in to view, rate, and manage the leads delivered to them.

Administrators — our own internal staff who operate this platform.

2. What we collect

From an enquiry submission: your name, phone number, email address, and general location (suburb/province). Depending on the specific form you used, we may also collect answers to a small set of qualifying questions relevant to that enquiry (for example, the type of service you're looking for, or your rough timeline) — the exact questions vary by advertiser and form.

From a client portal user: your name, email address, and any ratings or notes you leave on a delivered lead.

3. Why we collect it, and who we share it with

We collect this information for one purpose: to route your enquiry to the client business best placed to help you, and to track whether that lead was handled well.

  • The client business your enquiry is routed to — this is the main disclosure. Your enquiry details are shared with the business you're enquiring with so they can contact you.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — for enquiries that arrived via a Meta ad, we report back a simple outcome signal (whether the lead turned out to be a good match) so Meta's ad delivery can improve over time. No enquiry content is sent, only this outcome signal.
  • A client's own CRM system — if a client business has set up their own CRM integration, the specific fields they've chosen to receive are pushed to that system automatically on delivery.
  • Email delivery — used only to notify a client business that a new lead has been assigned to them, and for operational account emails (password resets, invoices).

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to the enquiry you submitted.

4. Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary for the business relationship and any legal/accounting obligations that follow from it (for example, billing records tied to a delivered lead). If you'd like to know what information we hold about you, have it corrected, or request that it be removed, contact us using the details below and we'll respond to your request.

5. How we protect your information

  • Passwords are never stored in plain text — only securely hashed.
  • Login and password-reset attempts are rate-limited to reduce the risk of automated attacks.
  • All state-changing actions in the admin and client portal are protected against cross-site request forgery (CSRF).
  • The site is served over HTTPS.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie so that, once you log in, you stay logged in as you move around the site. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

7. Contact us
